Amy P. Burr has been practicing law in the areas of real estate and family law for over 20 years. After graduating Mount Saint Mary’s College in 1994, she went on to receive her JD from Quinnipiac College School of Law in Hamden, CT. She returned to New Jersey and began practicing in the areas of real estate and municipal land use law, representing municipalities, and later, representing individual applicants and objectors. Amy concentrates her real estate practice in residential and commercial purchases and sales, short-sales, landlord and tenant law, representing both tenants and landlords in commercial and residential leases and evictions. She represents an area builder, commercial landlords, and small business owners. Amy is also experienced in drafting wills, powers of attorney, living wills, medical directives, contract drafting, small business formations & operations. Karen R. Burr

Karen R. Burr is an attorney and mediator. Her practice focuses primarily on family law and mediation while providing services related to prenuptial agreements and post-judgment issues including payment of college expenses, renegotiation of child support and/or alimony. She is also skilled in General Litigation and has handled Landlord/Tenant matters throughout the state of New Jersey. Karen received her law degree from the Seton Hall University School of Law. She clerked for Judge Saunders and Judge Reisner in the Chancery Division of the Passaic County Vicinage, Superior Court of New Jersey. Prior to focusing her practice on family law and mediation, she worked in New Jersey and New York in the area of general defense litigation. She further worked as an insurance adjuster negotiating high exposure cases. Her work as an adjuster provided valuable experience negotiating cases to a resolution and she uses these skills in resolving cases on a regular basis. She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
