Amy P. Burr has been practicing law in the areas of real estate for 25 years. After graduating Mount Saint Mary’s College in 1994, she went on to receive her JD from Quinnipiac College School of Law in Hamden, CT. She returned to New Jersey and began practicing in the areas of real estate and municipal land use law, representing municipalities, and later, representing individual applicants and objectors. Amy concentrates her real estate practice in residential and commercial purchases and sales, short-sales, and evictions. She represents an area builder, commercial landlords, and small business owners. Amy is also experienced in drafting wills, powers of attorney, living wills, medical directives, contract drafting, small business formations & operations.
